STM issues clarifying statement on negotiating rights for institutional repositories : The International Association of Scientific, Technical and Medical Publishers (STM) has issued a clarifying statement on negotiating rights for institutional repository postings and author rights. According to the statement, publishers appreciate that some institutions wish to showcase their achievements in institutional repositories. The statement is seen to signal that publishers are ready to engage in discussion about how best this goal can be achieved. However, STM and its member publishers caution against conflating content licence negotiations with author rights issues.

Off the job training is divided into 13 types:
1. Vestibule Training: Training which is a separate place that is conditioned as the original place. This training is used to teach specific job skills.

2. Lecture: a variety of training which convey information to large numbers of people at the same time.

3. Independent self-study: training the participants expect to train yourself for example by reading books, professional magazines, take courses at local universities and professional meetings to follow.

4. Visual presentations: training by using television, movies, videos, or the percentage by using the slide.
