Off the job training is divided into 13 types:
1. Vestibule Training: Training which is a separate place that is conditioned as the original place. This training is used to teach specific job skills.

2. Lecture: a variety of training which convey information to large numbers of people at the same time.

3. Independent self-study: training the participants expect to train yourself for example by reading books, professional magazines, take courses at local universities and professional meetings to follow.
