Journal of Management Studies ebook download ; Almost 50 years ago, the Journal of Management Studies was founded by Grigor McClelland. From the start, the journal defined its remit as ‘the advance of knowledge directly related to the practice of management’. The scope of the journal was, and indeed remains, broad and multi-disciplinary and with a strong commitment to a diversity of topics and theoretical orientations.
